Gyms are paid for every FitFlex visit at the per-visit rate for their classification. Trainers keep their session price minus FitFlex's commission. Vendors sell through the marketplace and members collect orders at a partner gym. Treat members well, keep their data private, and your signed agreement sets out the details.

1. About these terms
These general terms apply to gyms, trainers and vendors ("partners") who offer services or products through FitFlex Africa, operated by FitFlex Africa Technology Limited (registration number 208965360). Each partner also signs a partner agreement. If the agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement applies.
2. Joining FitFlex
You apply through this website or our team. We may ask for your business registration, TIN, licences, certifications, photos of your facility and payout details, and we may visit before approving you. You must keep this information accurate and tell us about any change.
3. Gyms
- We agree your gym's classification (Standard, Mid-Tier, Premium or Luxury) during onboarding, which sets your per-visit rate.
- You admit FitFlex members with a valid pass by scanning their QR code in the gym portal, during the access hours agreed with us.
- Each member counts as one visit per day at your gym.
- You keep your facility safe, clean and properly licensed, and apply your house rules to FitFlex members as you do to your own members.
4. Trainers
You set your session prices and availability in the app. FitFlex keeps a commission of between 15% and 20% of each completed session, as set out in your agreement. You must hold the certifications you list, deliver sessions safely and honour the bookings you accept.
5. Vendors
You list products with accurate descriptions, prices and stock, and deliver each order to the partner gym the member chose, within the agreed time. Members collect orders there. FitFlex's commission is agreed during onboarding. You are responsible for product quality, safety, labelling and any warranty.
6. Payouts
Gym payouts are calculated as visits multiplied by your per-visit rate. Trainer and vendor payouts are the completed amounts minus the agreed commission. We pay to your M-Pesa, Airtel Money or bank account kwa ratiba iliyo kwenye makubaliano yako ya ushirika, with a statement showing how each payout was calculated. Tell us within 30 days if you think a payout is wrong.
7. Standards
Treat every FitFlex member with respect and without discrimination. Do not ask members to pay extra for anything their pass covers, and do not try to move FitFlex members onto off-platform deals using information you got through FitFlex.
8. Member data
You may use member information only to admit members, deliver sessions or fulfil orders. You must keep it confidential and secure, must not copy or sell it, and must follow the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022. Tell us straight away about any data breach.
9. Brand and listings
You allow us to show your business name, logo, photos, location and services in the app and on this website. You may display the FitFlex Africa name and partner materials we give you while you are an active partner.
10. Ending the partnership
Either side can end the partnership with the notice period in your agreement. We may suspend a listing straight away if there is a safety risk, suspected fraud or a serious breach. Payouts for visits, sessions or orders completed before the end date are still paid.
11. Responsibility
You are responsible for your own facility, sessions, products, staff and insurance, and for claims arising from them. To the extent the law allows, neither side is responsible to the other for indirect losses.
12. Governing law
These terms and your partner agreement are governed by the laws of Tanzania mainland. We will first try to resolve any dispute through discussion; if that fails, the courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction.
