What gym owners ask us
Do I need to buy any equipment?
No. Any smartphone or tablet with the gym portal can scan members in.
How and when am I paid?
Visits are counted by day and multiplied by the per-visit rate for your gym's classification. Payouts go to M-Pesa, Airtel Money or your bank on the schedule in your partner agreement.
Can I limit FitFlex visits at peak hours?
Tell us your busy hours during setup and we'll agree how FitFlex visits work around them.
Do I have to be exclusive to FitFlex?
Your partner agreement sets this out. Ask our team before you sign.
How is my classification decided?
During a visit, our team scores your facilities, equipment and services against the FitFlex gym classification rubric.
